Fair Planning Committee

We hold our fair planning meetings on the first Saturday of each month as needed, January through May. Our monthly planning meetings are when we go over any changes from last year, schedule any work to be done for the coming year and plan our theme display. It takes a lot of volunteers from several different guilds to make this show happen each year, so we could use your help. If you would like to be involved, please email me.

Meetings start at 9:30am and will be held at Ed Gladney’s house – 10061 Riverhead Dr., San Diego 92129 (in the Rancho Penasquitos area).
